We had our wedding at the Laurita Winery on January 8, 2011 and found the entire staff at Conroy Catering to be wonderful to work with. They were professional, competent, and accomodating and made the entire wedding process enjoyable and easy. We were able to plan the wedding of our dreams in under 4 months and would not have been able to without Conroy. Their preferred vendor list helped us find a wonderful band and photographer as well. On event day their staff took all the pressure off us and orchestrated every detail from set up to clean up and even handed us the wrapped and boxed cake topper on our way out. Thanks Conroy.

I just wanted to contact you regarding our wedding a couple of weeks ago. Everyone has approached me to tell me how wonderful the food and the venue were for our wedding. Even the professional chefs in the family were impressed. The food, service and staff were impeccable! Jeannie and Rachel were absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to have by our sides the day of the wedding! Our ceremony started late & ran over the anticipated amount of time and the staff just rolled with everything and made the entire night seamless! Even the break down of the indoor ceremony area (because of the weather both indoor and outdoor areas were set up) was totally unnoticed by our guests until they got into the reception area and saw the whole room had transformed. We have been approached by many of our guests informing us that this is the best wedding they have ever attended! I just wanted to thank you and the entire Conroy staff for a beautiful night. Everyone of our guests commented on how perfect the night was. The food was prepared perfectly as if for an individual couple vs. a party of 60. I have found that often food at receptions are over cooked or tastes pre-prepared. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection.

Dan and Dawn were fantastic. Dan kept the night flowing and was a comforting force throughout the entire event. I didn't have to worry about the details, Dan had taken care of everything. Dawn made sure we were never without a fresh drink or food. Michelle commented that she was a huge assistance in preparing for the ceremony.

I can say that the entire experience with Conroy has been amazing and want to personally thank you for making our wedding and reception a night to remember.

I really don’t think it’s possible to find the right superlatives to describe our night at Knowlton. We had such an amazing time and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. The service, everything from the way we were taken care of, the bartenders, the wait staff, everyone was amazing.

One of the things everyone kept telling us was to be sure we enjoy ourselves because it goes so fast and it did. Two years of preparation, and then, poof! Done. Well, we surely did enjoy our time at the mansion! Our guests and families can’t stop talking about how much fun they had, too! I have to say it is in part to the ability of your staff to keep things running smoothly.

Special thanks to our Event Manager for all the hard work she put into our event and to our Catering Consultant for taking such good care of us, being patient with all our questions, and giving us her guidance and help as we planned our wedding.

Our wedding day was an amazing, wonderful, true fairytale come true!! Bridget, Lauren, Eileen, Dee and the rest of Conroy Catering made our day special and our dream wedding come true. The cake chef did an amazing job on our wedding cake and Steelers Groom’s cake. The chef for dinner made every guest asking for more! We couldn’t have done it and had a special day without wonderful people like those of Conroy Catering. It was an experience we will never forget. They helped set everything up and made every detail look as perfect as it should. Our guests were amazed by everything and so were we. We will be telling everyone about our wedding, Conroy Catering, and Glen Foerd. Everyone should get married at Glen Foerd! I would hope that every bride and groom has the same wonderful experience as we did.
