Q: How does the Corporate Rewards Program work?
- An event totaling less than $5,000.00 would earn a credit of 5% of the total bill to use for
your company’s next event. (Up to $250.00)
- An event totaling $5,001.00–$8,000.00 would earn a credit of 7% of the total bill to use for
your company’s next event. (Up to $560.00)
- An event that exceeds $8,001.00 would receive a credit of 10% of that total bill for use for
your company’s next event. ($800.00 and up! No limit!)

Q: How do I earn rewards?
A: Rewards will be based on catering revenues only. Outside services provided by other vendors, such as, but not limited to rental equipment, ice sculptures, entertainment, floral arrangements/décor, that Conroy Catering may reserve on your behalf, are NOT included in the total revenues used for your rewards calculation.
Rewards are awarded at month end for the month your event occurred and remain available for one year. For example if your event was held on 5/1, your rewards would be available for use on 6/1 and would remain available until 5/31 the following year. This is to allow Conroy Catering administrative time to ensure your event file has been closed and your rewards were entered.Rewards will not be calculated and cannot be applied to new events until all outstanding account balances have been paid in full.

Q:. When will my rewards expire?
A : Rewards credits will expire one year from the month earned and cannot be redeemed for cash. The expiration cannot be extended.

Q: How will I know if I have any rewards to use?
A: Conroy Caterings Sales Consultants will be mailing you a Corporate Rewards Statement quarterly. Statements will be sent out March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1 each calendar year. However, you may call at any time to check balances if you have a future event in mind.

Q: How do I use my rewards?
A: When you call your Sales Consultant to book a new event, please mention any rewards you may have earned. Also, our Sales Consultant will check our records and inform you if you have any rewards available for your new event. You must confirm use of your rewards before you final event balance is paid. Conroy Catering will not issue refunds for unused corporate rewards, they must be used prior to final payment.
