Administrative Assistant – Your first contact with Conroy Catering. From the warmth and sincerity in her voice, she knows how important each phone call is - how special each event is to each person. She will lead you in the right direction.


Catering Consultants – First impressions are lasting impressions. From your initial meeting with one of our experienced Catering Consultants, you will know what hosting your event with Conroy Catering is all about. You will see how knowledgeable, enthusiastic and proud our employees are about what we do at Conroy Catering. When meeting with one of our Catering Consultants for the first time, your dream begins to turn into reality.

After the initial meeting, no question is left unanswered. Our innovative Catering Consultants are here to assist you as you plan the catering aspects of your event. Perhaps you want to replicate a cake you saw in Martha Stewart Weddings. Maybe you need help creating that signature drink to serve to your guests. Not sure when to do those first dances? Or maybe you know that you want your event to be unique but are just not sure where to start. Our Catering Consultants are eagerly ready to help you with an endless flow of ideas. They make sure your ice sculptures and specialty linen overlays have been ordered, your floor plan and event timing is just right, and that the rest of our Catering Staff knows what is most important to you. They are there with you every step of the way to ensure that your event is just as you had envisioned it, down to the last detail.


Event Manager – Our Event Managers will enthusiastically welcome you after your arrival to the mansion and will be the last one you see when you depart. But it’s really all that they do in-between that really makes the difference. They ensure that every detail of your event goes off without a glitch, a seamless execution of events. They cue the ceremony, coordinate timing with your photographers and entertainment professionals and keep our culinary team on schedule as your reception unfolds. Often working from behind the scenes, they act as a liaison between you, your guests, and our staff. When your event exceeds your finest expectations, it’s our Event Manager who made it happen.


Executive Chef – Our Executive Chef is the one who oversees and organizes the entire Kitchen Staff. The one who encourages that flair of creativity in our entire culinary team, challenging them to produce enticing, succulent, and mouth-watering cuisine that is so eye-catching and beautifully presented that you almost don’t want to eat it! If you want to create that “one of a kind” dish that will melt your guests’ taste buds, our Executive Chef is there to make it happen.


Sous Chef – Guided by the Executive Sous Chef, our team of sous chefs brings our menus to life. With the freshest and highest quality ingredients obtainable, the most up-to-date equipment at hand, and with the style of your event foremost in their mind, our chefs let their culinary excellence, vast experience and creativity soar. Each hand-prepared menu item is treated as a work of art - so exquisite and inventive - and that’s just the presentation! But it’s the flavor - so intense and exotic - that is the true essence of everything our chefs prepare. The countless raves you’ll receive from your invited guests are proof that our chefs hold themselves to a higher standard.


Pastry Chef – Ever see that cake in a magazine and wonder how they got the icing to look absolutely perfect with no imperfections? How each Swiss Dot is perfectly aligned with the next? The cake is not only a dessert, but an expression of your individual style and taste, of your personality and of your palate! Our pastry chefs create their flavors as tasty as sweet lemonade on a summer day and as rich and deep as hot chocolate on a cold, snowy winter night. To create the perfect dessert takes precision, patience, artistry, and amazing talent. Our pastry chefs are here to craft that final element in your menu. Your sweet ending.


Bartenders, Servers, Valet – Ever amazed by the way a bartender can remember throughout an event your drink of choice and the way you like it made just from ordering it that one time? How about that feeling you get when a server greets you and makes you feel so comfortable that you feel like you’re in the warmth of your own home? And, you must admit, doesn’t it make you feel like a celebrity whenever you have a chance to use valet parking? It’s a small touch, but it makes you feel respected and important when someone opens a door for you. This is what our Event Staff is all about. It’s about making you and your guests feel like our home is your home. We want you to help you to put everyday life on hold – if only for a little while - to enjoy the time spent with friends and family in a warm and inviting setting.


Set-up Crew, Housekeepers, Laundry Personnel, Maintenance Staff – or better known as our “behind the scenes” staff. These are the people who set up each table and chairs – exactly as you requested it. The people who make every room within the mansions shine like a new copper penny. The people who maintain every piece of linen as though it was the first time being used. Crisp, clean, and smooth. The people who make certain not one light bulb is missing from a chandelier and that the bathrooms are impeccably clean and fully stocked when your guests arrive. These people are rarely seen, but their work is displayed throughout every aspect of your event.


Bridal Attendant – When you turn, she’s there. Our Bridal Attendant is there to make sure you are where you need to be, while looking beautiful, calm and flawless at all times. She is the first to greet you when you arrive at the mansion and the last to say good night to you as you leave. In the meantime, she is there to send you down the aisle, get you a drink when you’re outside taking pictures in the gardens. She bustles your train, packages up the top tier of your wedding cake, and helps you take your hair down at the end of the night, Think of her as your second Maid of Honor! By the end of the night, you will feel like you’ve known her for years.
