Melon Wrapped in Imported Prosciutto de Parma

  • 1 ripe melon, cantaloupe or honeydew
  • 1 pound imported Prosciutto de Parma Ham, thinly sliced from the butcher

Directions:

Peel melon, cut in half and remove seeds.

Quarter melon and slice quarter into individual wedges.

Wrap melon wedge with thinly sliced prosciutto.

*** It is very important to use a high quality imported Prosciutto Ham. Have your butcher remove all excess fat from the ham before slicing, and ask to have the ham sliced as thin as possible.
